These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of procfoservices.com (the “Site”), operated by ProCFO Services (“ProCFO,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides general information about ProCFO Services’ fractional CFO, AI finance, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and payroll & HR services, and lets you request a consultation or the AI Finance Cost Audit. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter a client engagement — an engagement begins only once we’ve had a consultation and both parties sign a separate engagement letter or services agreement, which governs the scope, fees, and terms of the actual services provided.

Content on this Site — including blog posts, FAQs, and any commentary on cash flow, tax, or finance topics — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not, and should not be relied on as, personalized financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice for your specific situation. Don’t act or refrain from acting based on Site content without first seeking advice tailored to your circumstances from us (under a signed engagement) or another qualified professional.

Section 3: Free Consultations and the AI Finance Cost Audit

Our free 15-minute consultation and AI Finance Cost Audit help us understand your business and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. They do not create a client relationship, an audit or attest engagement, or any obligation on either side. Any findings, estimates — including the 25–40% cost-reduction range referenced on the Site — or recommendations shared during or after a consultation or audit are illustrative and based on limited information; actual results vary by business and are not guaranteed.

Section 4: Acceptable Use
